Due to the nature of eyelash extension adhesive, no returns or exchanges will be given on adhesives or used/opened products or kits containing adhesives.

Lash Tavern credit for cancellation of education courses can be requested for courses with less than 4 lessons of progress into the course. We are unable to approve cancellation requests outside of 7 days from course enrollment, regardless of course progress. If you are struggling with course content or techniques, one of our educators would be happy to help in a one on one interaction. Please do not hesitate reaching out to us for assistance.

If a course/kit combo has been purchased and cancellation of the education course is requested within the requirements outlined above, credit will be given for the education course only as returns are not accepted for kits as outlined above. Course only value for the Classic course is $89. Course only value for the Volume course is $89.
